Jolene Risch, the Founder and President of Risch Results expertise is built on a solid foundation of education and experience. Jolene has a B.A. in Sociology from Brandeis University and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. Jolene has been in practice for over 17 years. Her professional experience includes six years in the People Effectiveness Practice at Ernst & Young Consulting where she was recognized for her uncanny ability to create unique solutions for process consulting, staffing, performance, and learning management. Jolene has worked with small and medium size companies operating in Dallas, New York, Chicago, and San Francisco as well as other major U.S. cities. She has experience across multiple industries including Banking, Financial, Manufacturing and Energy. Her hires include disciplines ranging from Chief Financial Officers and Management to Administrative roles. Despite the growth of her company from Risch-Minsky Consulting, now Risch Results, Jolene acts as the head contact for all projects and works directly with clients. Jolene prides her team on the ability to understand the unique nuances of each company culture, growth plan and need. Risch Results is committed to finding the best fit.
