Ann Hicks

Ann Hicks founded Hicks Resource Consulting 8 years ago. In an ever changing and complex business climate, Ann helps her clients focus on what rules and regulations apply to them and how to negotiate through the potentially turbulent waters of a broad variety of human resources issues. Her services are tailored to each client and could consist of any or all of the following: employee handbooks, safety manuals, employee relations, negotiating benefits contracts, benefits enrollment, business writing, creating and/or maintaining HR processes, etc. Ann says, “I wasn’t born in Texas but got here as fast as I could”. She attended Texas A&M, and has had the opportunity to live, study and work abroad in Japan which has led to one of her hobbies: traveling – all the around the world. She also owns and rides a motorcycle, knits, and loves to see movies, read and entertain. Her hobbies and interests are diverse leading to even more diversity in my friends and networking circles.
